Utility service will include a warehouse heating/ventilation system consisting of energy efficient, roof mounted Cambridge direct-fire units, warehouse lighting consisting of energy efficient LED fixtures, a fire protection system consisting of an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) wet sprinkler system, and
electrical service of a minimum 800-amp, 480/277 volt, 3-phase service, expandable to 4,000 amps.
