Township 9 is located directly north of downtown Sacramento. There are three phases to the development of the 60 gross acre land site, all of which are currently owned by 29th Street Capital. The first phase, Phase A, is under construction and is the middle portion of the overall site. This will comprise of 372 garden style 3-story walk up apartments, 13,000 SF amenity building, pool, spa, 2 dog parks and new city park.
Phase B is located along the river on the north side of the site and will be comprised of approximately 1,000 condo-quality, multifamily units in multiple mid-rise buildings
Phase C is entitled for a 120,000 SF office building. The east portion, on the corner of Richards Boulevard and N 7th Street, will be an approximately 200 key Hyatt Caption brand hotel. The hotel will be in high demand with all the new office and multifamily development taking place in the immediate vicinity.
