This property is located off Mansell Road at th Old Alabama Road Connector to the East of GA.400 near North Point Mall in Alpharetta. The Woodside Center is an extremely "high end" attractive single story office project consisting of three single story brick masonry office buildings totaling 115,119 square foot with simulated limestone precast accents and continous full height blue tinted window walls. The Woodside center lease is a full service lease which includes all operating expenses for the property (except as noted below).
