Danet Linares, Executive Vice Chairman
Danet Linares is Executive Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida, and has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

On behalf of the firm, Ms. Linares leads the leasing of several significant office projects such as MiamiCentral, 1450 Brickell, The Plaza Coral Gables, 396 Alhambra, The Main Las Olas, Royal Palm Office Park, and others. She is an integral part of the Blanca CRE team and has been involved in several of South Florida’s largest real estate transactions including the Miami Herald’s relocation to Doral and has served as a real estate advisor to notable companies including Blockchain.com, Knight Foundation, Miami Foundation, White & Case, Lydecker Diaz, Aterian Investment Partners, Endeavor Miami, and NovoPayment. Since joining the firm, Danet has played a key role in the strategy development and leasing of more than 7 million square feet of office lease transactions throughout South Florida on behalf of owners and users of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Senior Vice President at Foram Group.  She served as Vice President for Blue Capital where she led the leasing and marketing strategy for Miami Tower and successfully brought the building from 74% to 97% occupancy within four years.  Prior to that, Ms. Linares held the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Shorenstein where she managed leasing and marketing for Southeast Financial Center, the tallest office tower in the state of Florida with over 1.2M square feet of office space and increased the occupancy to 97%.

Ms. Linares attended St. John’s University in New York.  She is an active leader in the South Florida community and fluent in Spanish and English.
Tere Blanca, Founder, Chairman & CEO
Tere Blanca is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc. She founded the firm in 2009 after identifying a need in the marketplace for a local advisory and brokerage firm built on a culture of giving clients a collaborative and highly personalized approach to service. Ms. Blanca has over 25 years of experience in the South Florida real estate sector, having participated in many projects ranging from land acquisition to the master planning, design, construction, marketing, lease-up, and sale of office and mixed-use assets. Throughout her career, Ms. Blanca has been actively engaged in helping clients optimize the financial outcome of their real estate decisions. Nicole Kaiser, Associate Vice President
Nicole Kaiser plays an integral role on the Landlord Agency Team, participating in the leasing of more than 1.4 million square feet of office product across South Florida. She also has served as an advisor to Baymount Management, Core Industrial Partners, Sierra Capital and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Kaiser started her career with Bognet Construction in Tyson’s Corner, VA where she assisted as a project manager for office interior buildouts gaining key knowledge on Landlord’s positioning and tactical investment strategies of commercial assets. Subsequently, she worked at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC where she assisted the agency sales’ team’s leasing efforts by preparing a database of expiring leases throughout the metro–region for company market reports and to track relevant data as well as supporting canvassing efforts.

Ms. Kaiser graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Ms. Kaiser also studied international business and cross-cultural negotiation at Kedge Business School Euromed Management in Marseille, France.

Ms. Kaiser is a recent graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s 41st Leadership Miami Class where she led her team 4WRDMIA to create and implement a virtual mindfulness program for pre and primary school children in Homestead, FL.
