Dual rail spurs on west side of building served by a 12' x 300' covered rail dock accessing through (5) 10' x 12' slide up rail dock doors. Site contains approximately 100 acres. Strategically located on I-20 approximately 7 miles west of Jackson, MS. Building is in the Clinton Industrial Park which is managed by the City of Clinton. Located in an Opportunity Zone as established by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
