With the recent announcement of the purchase of the old Coca-Cola properties the Soda Pop District is now slated to see a dramatic revitalization. Redevelopment of the 5 properties, consisting of 120,000 sf of existing warehouse, office and manufacturing space, is already underway. The focus will be to preserve, reuse and transform both the buildings and undeveloped land and most importantly the neighborhood.
