The office space is one of three offices on the first floor and has its own entrance (the other offices will use a separate entrance). Also on the first floor (and available for the tenant’s use) are a shared kitchenette and restroom. The office has lots of natural light and the building has new carpets and fresh paint. One space of dedicated private parking for the tenant behind the building, and ample on-street parking for clients in front of building. Office space would be ideal for an individual practitioner—like a therapist, massage therapist, or social worker who does not require a separate waiting room—or for an individual in need of a coworking space or shared office space. The remainder of the building will be occupied by Applied Economics Clinic staff.
