About the Property
The nine storey brick and terra cotta McLeod Building was built in 1915, becoming Edmonton’s first skyscraper. It was originally designed to provide offices for the city’s elite clientele and during the 1960’s was modified into high end condominiums. The McLeod Building is one of Edmonton’s finest surviving examples of the Chicago School of Architecture, recognized as a historic landmark by the Edmonton Historical Board.
