The 2009 Waterfall Building sits on a glacial gorge overlooking the Springfield Waterfall and the Historic Springfield Iron Furnace which was the first iron furnace in Mercer County dating from 1837-1862. When remodeled the house was setup and wired to be used as a commercial business. In the 70s a breezeway and garage was added to the building keeping it’s original look.
