The Minor House Condominiums · Retail Property For Sale

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
https://theminorhousecondos.com/ Available as two separate condos or purchase together for a reduced price! The Nicholas Minor Condos located at 104 Loudoun Street SW in Leesburg are named for Nicholas Minor who platted the town of George Town (later renamed Leesburgh, now Leesburg) in the late 1750's. Loudoun County was created from Fairfax County in 1757 and the town was formally designated as the county seat in 1758. Leesburg was sited at the intersection of two important colonial roads - the Old Carolina Road (now Route 15) and the Shenandoah Road (now Route 7). Route 7 now follows Market Street but in colonial times the road followed what is now Loudoun Street. The building is prominently located in the historic district which consisted of 70 half acre lots. Open space for the past half century and located next to the historic Old Stone House, the site at one time housed two log cabins. An interesting observation is the outline on the adjacent white building east of the condo structure which shows the roofline as it once existed and is strong evidence that the log cabin predated the brick building.
