Thomas McDaniel, Director Office Properties, Partner
Thomas McDaniel oversees Boyle’s office portfolio in Nashville, which includes over 3 million SF of existing space and another 2 million SF in the planning and development stages. In this capacity, McDaniel oversees Boyle’s leasing, acquisition, and development activities for office properties. Since joining Boyle in 2002, he has participated in hundreds of lease transactions of all types and situations, with aggregate consideration of almost $1 billion. McDaniel also had a leadership role in ground-up new and redevelopment development of more than 1.5 million SF of class A office and mixed-use buildings. Additionally, he also had a leadership role in the acquisition of another 1 million SF of office buildings.

Prior to joining Boyle, McDaniel was a senior auditor for Ernst & Young’s New Orleans office, where he specialized in real estate, serving a variety of clients from development, management and construction companies of all property types.
