A native of Asheville and a recent graduate of Brown University, Sam brings an analytical lens and local perspective to the team. Jesse Toller, Broker
Jesse has experience in buying and selling businesses, site analysis, engineering design, budgetary take-offs, permitting, listing marketing, and lead generation. His interest in real estate was initially sparked by his personal endeavors with live-in flips as well as long-term and short-term rentals. After several years as a practicing engineer, commercial real estate was a natural next step, combining personal experience and entrepreneurial interests with technical expertise.
