About West Brookhollow

The West Brookhollow industrial submarket lies at the geographic center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Intersected by key trade routes like Texas State Highways 183 and 114, Loop 12, and, perhaps most importantly, I-35W, the region has been a popular destination for distribution companies for decades.

Being one of Dallas’ original suburban industrial hubs, a majority of the stock in West Brookhollow can be found in small to mid-sized industrial sites and flex buildings of an older vintage. The biggest cluster of these buildings is along John Carpenter Freeway near the former Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad line purchased by the City of Dallas and Fort Worth in the mid-1980s. Additional hubs are concentrated on the other side of the river in Irving.

Sloan Teegarden joined Basis Industrial in February 2025 and currently works as Director of Leasing in Texas, specializing in flex and office properties. Mr. Teegarden worked in a similar capacity for Link Logistics and PS Business Parks, Inc. in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Sloan also brings in real estate experience from Partners National, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Cushman & Wakefield. Sloan received his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and his MBA from The University of Dallas.

Jason Finch, Senior Vice President
Jason Finch is a Senior Vice President with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in commercial leasing and brokerage. His duties include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Brokerage of industrial properties in DFW Airport, Northeast Dallas, and Great Southwest markets.

Mr. Finch has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate.  While working with Bradford, Stream Realty and Hines he developed in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate industry including lease negotiations/review, developing pricing and marketing strategies, project management and tenant relations. His knowledge of real estate needs compels owners and tenants to secure his services for their real estate needs.
