Niagara Development acquired the 1,300 acre former NewPage paper mill in February 2011. The facility is located in Niagara, Wisconsin with 500 acres in Wisconsin and 800 acres in Michigan. Presently four buildings are available for immediate sale or lease from 11,000 to 46,000 square feet.
