Restore Health Group will sign a new 15-year NNN Lease with 1.0% annual escalations and four (4), five (5) year options at close of escrow. Restore Health Group specializes in neurobehavioral treatment and supported living services, and is a post-acute healthcare organization dedicated to serving adults with acquired brain injury who are challenged by behavioral issues. There continuum of care ranges from intensive inpatient neuro-rehabilitation, transitional community re-entry, Day and Outpatient Programs as step down from the residential rehabilitation programs, to long term supported listing services. Initially a hospital-based specialized comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation program, Restore moved operations to this facility in Roswell in 2000, and in 2001 the State of Georgia licensed Restore as a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) facility.
