The City of Attleboro is requesting sealed proposals for the Disposition of Real Property known as the Finberg School, comprised of seven parcels. The first parcel being identified as 120 Knight Ave, Attleboro, MA 02703 (Parcel ID# Map 21, Lot 281).The second thru seventh parcel being identified as 1125 South Main St, Attleboro, MA 02703 (Parcel ID# Map21, Lots 282, 282a, 283, 284, 285, 286.The total of all parcels is approximately 1.6 (+/-) Acres. Parcels are located in a General Residence A Zone.
The Request for Proposal (“RFP”) packet is available beginning 7/29/2026 at Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Dept, 77 Park St, Attleboro, MA 02703.The RFP is also available for download from the City’s website @ http://www.cityofattleboro.us/Bids.aspx.
Technical Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Purchasing at the address above no later than 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026.The Proposer must submit seven (7) Technical Proposals: one (1) original, five (5) copies and one (1) thumb-drive (PDF) and one (1) original Price Proposal on the Price Proposal Form.Technical Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside of the envelope “Finberg School RFP”.
Price Proposal must be in a separate sealed envelope marked “Finberg School Price Proposal” and submitted with the seven technical proposals.
The most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer, taking into consideration price and all other evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP, will be selected.
The selected Proposer must execute a Purchase & Sale Agreement with the City of Attleboro as set forth in the solicitation.120
