The City of Red Bluff is vibrant, yet relaxing community with a population of over 20,000 residents. Red Bluff is the 3rd Largest City in the Shasta Cascades and is the County of Tehama. Red Bluff also serves as the gateway to Lassen Volcanic National Park.
