This is a premier trophy retail site on a highly visible corner on NE Alberta St. in Portland's newest and best amenity the Cascada Hotel and Aqua Thermal Spa. Cascada is a new sustainably focused hospitality offering in Portland from SolTerra centered around Health and Wellness. The building boasts a 30,000 SF Health and Wellness center. This wellness center is on 3 levels, taking you through air, water, and earth. You enter this facility on the 2nd floor by walking over a skybridge that passes one of the larges living walls we have installed. This floor contains our locker rooms, an ethereal fitness facility, and yoga. Along with Co-Working and 120 seat F&B lounge. To move to the next section you exit onto a 2nd floor veranda inside a 7000 SF 2 story green house that has a Moroccan pool in the center that will make you feel like you just walked into the courtyard of a riad. Our goal is to create the most instagrammed pool in the world. There is a bar at the pool, cabanas, a birds nest performing stage above the pool. Then a staircase that leads to a subterranean cenote with a mineral pool, a vitality pool, a high temp pool, and a cold plunge. The first floor of the building is mostly commercial, with retail running the entire length of the block along Alberta. The center of the block is the main entrance to the building, opening to a living room lobby with a coffee shop/wine bar. This level also has a European alley way that will contain micro retail, some kiosks and F&B.
