Property Overview
This is a current manufacturing plant with the tenant interested in vacating. Their lease is until Spring 2025 but will happily vacate (nearly empty now) if I find a new replacement tenant. Its clean, neat and has a good roof. Owners are an 80 year old commercial general contractor headquartered next door so upfits are easily priced and completed (www.frithconstruction.com).
