The interchange of Interstate 85 and Interstate 20 helps connect this area with customers in all directions as well, as a large pool of potential employees who can also take advantage of this area’s multiple MARTA rail transit lines.

Industrial space is scarce in this urban area, and much of this space has been converted to other uses such as multifamily, creative office, or sound stage space for a burgeoning film industry. Hunter Henritze, Executive Vice President
Hunter Henritze is the co-head of Lincoln’s Atlanta office team overseeing a portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet of office product in every major submarket of Metro Atlanta.

Hunter has helped lead the strategic execution of office assignments resulting in hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Throughout his career, Hunter has represented some of the most respected institutional and private owners in the industry including LPC Advisors, The Blackstone Group, Equity Office, The Brookdale Group, Terra Cap Management, Met Life, HD Realty, AEW, Glenfield Capital, and TPA Group. Prior to his current role, Hunter was charged with sourcing potential Acquisitions which included the valuation and negotiation of office and industrial assets within Georgia and Florida. Hunter is a native Atlantan having attended Marist High School and the University of Georgia. He is a licensed sales person in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR).
Michael Howell, Executive Vice President
Michael Howell, along with Tony Bartlett and Hunter Henritze, oversees all aspects of Lincoln Property Company’s business activities in Georgia and Alabama. Maia Perri is a Leasing Associate within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta.

Maia is a native of Atlanta, where she attended The Westminster Schools before receiving a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia. While at UGA she was actively involved in the Terry College of Business Women in Business club and the University of Georgia Cheerleading Team.

Marisa Roy, Vice President
Marisa Roy is a Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Marisa is responsible for the marketing and leasing of both new and existing developments ranging from mixed-use in-town developments, suburban retail and specialty centers. She also represents regional and local tenants in site selection and expansion in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Roy was a Senior Leasing representative with Simon Property Group where she was responsible for leasing, budgeting and overseeing 3 million square feet and $60M in asset EBITA. Prior to SPG, Marisa held senior leasing positions at Phillips Edison & Co, DDR (now Site Centers) & Colliers International (Atlanta), where she gained experience in successfully leasing all types of retail developments from ground-up, grocery-anchored, power and neighborhood strip centers. Ms. Roy has worked closely with landlords throughout all phases of acquisition, development and ownership, providing insight on proformas, market insight, budgeting, marketing and leasing, as well as, strategic redevelopment and repositioning of assets.
