All three lots are available for sale for a total of ~3.5 acres. The minimum bid requirements include: A $13 Million Dollar Bid plus $500,000 for relocating our operations. This price is for the three parcels totaling ~3.5 acres. A non-refundable deposit of 2% of the purchase price is *non-negotiable*. The deposit will be held in escrow with the seller’s attorney. The deposit is only refunded if the seller elects to cancel the agreement.
