We offer suites of various sizes from 200 sq ft up to c4500 sq ft. The building is mostly let apart from one ground floor suite and one first floor suite. The ground floor suite is Grade A quality with raised access floor, air conditioning with fresh air, floor boxes, kitchen area and great visibility to the public. The first floor suite is similar but also has data cabling installed and a separate conference room. We have owned the building since 2001 and it has been refurbished extensively over that time most recently in 2022 when all the toilets were renewed along with a new reception and common areas.
