Building has two sides. Each side is 3000sf. The south side is mostly open space with two mezzaines. The 2nd side is a professional office with waiting area, 5 offices of varying sizes and a large rear conference room. There is a full basement for each side that is usuable and included in rent. The basement is open with industrial steel staircase. Basement is lighted and one half is heated. Basement is dry and great for storage and work areas. Permitted for working. The building was a Grants store with 16' ceilings. The drop ceiling brings that height down to 9 to 10'.
Building is Downtown with Historic designation. The front of building was redesigned by Charles E Broudy, Architect, Philadelphia. Mr Broudy, was a nationally famous architect. Among his clients he did many of the Ann Taylor retail stores in America.
