A duplex use that is designated as an SF-3 district is subject to development standards that maintain single-family neighborhood characteristics.The permitted uses on the properties are governed by the East 11th NCCD and include civic, residential, and commercial uses. Consultation with the City of Austin Planning and Zoning Department is recommended prior to submitting a site plan or zoning application on the property for any subsequent use for confirmation of development regulations and permitted uses.
