Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About the Property
While we finishing up the roofing early this week and start working on the exterior insulation and sub-framing for the siding and install some of the windows and doors. I believe I will be going with the cool grey composite siding that's maintenance free. So, no paint or staining needed. I need to closing in the exterior to start the electrical, plumbing and the HVAC. So, we can start scheduling walk through for any future tenants. Call for appointments, walking through the construction site will be on your own risk as we have temporary stairs and it is a construction site.
