This property has not one but two historic Depots on site. The first Depot was built in 1923 by the Union Pacific Railroad and is now home to The Spaghetti Factory. The second Depot was built in 1929 by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. Both Depots are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
