Beachside Village Shoppes is a proposed new development located on Hwy 210 in Sneads Ferry, NC. Center will be made up of two retail buildings fronting Hwy 210 with suites ranging from 1,162—4,601 SF. Estimated completion date is Spring of 2023.
Sneads Ferry is a fast growing coastal community, located approximately 4 miles southwest of the Hwy 172 back gate of the Marine Base, Camp Lejeune, home to a population of approximately 130,000 people.
