K.C. Tenukas is the Executive Vice President with Stream Realty in Tampa, Florida. K.C. has more than 16 years’ experience working in the Tampa Bay market. In addition to tenant representation, K.C. has worked on several significant Class A office projects on the agency leasing side, ground up mixed use developments, multi-market lease transactions, build-to-suits, and advisory services to real estate investment groups. He has completed more than 10 million-sq.-ft. of commercial real estate transactions. In 2016, K.C. was awarded the NAIOP Office Deal of the Year and most recently advised AAA as part of a Tampa Bay expansion and consolidation resulting in the construction of Renaissance Park IV (150,000 SF relocation/consolidation/new construction).
Connor Sweeney, Associate
Connor joined Stream in May of 2024 as an Analyst in the Tampa office. Connor is responsible for sourcing office and industrial opportunities in the state of Florida with a focus on tenant representation.

Prior to joining Stream, Connor has been in a business development role with the industrial brokerage team at JLL. His background in sourcing opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients allowed him to successfully acquire and lease Industrial Outside Storage properties in Tampa.

Connor graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2024. In his free time, Connor enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, golfing, and traveling.
