DESCRIPTION
A subdivision designed and constructed in 2006-2010, by Laurel Oak Acquisitions, LLC (no longer active) and the Gomez Trust (no longer active). Laurel Oak Acquisitions completed the design, permitting, and construction, including a fully executed plat by all parties, including the Gomez Trust, the owner of lots 41, 50, 51, and 52. Unable to record the plat, as Laurel Oak Acquisitions, LLC was unable to pay the property taxes, and the market in 2010 had fallen to an all-time low. Making the development almost worthless, the plot was set in the engineer's office until the Laurel Oak Acquisitions, LLC property was acquired by Spring Valley Ventures, LLC. This company, owned by a group of Israeli investors, had the engineer record the plat and Darryl Johnston, PA, prepare Deed Restrictions over the plat portion, lots 1-40 and 42-49, a total of 48 lots, in 2016. Subsequently, they sold these 48 lots to Esplanade Development/Adams Homes for home development. In the Meantime, Fisher Link Development, LLC purchased these 4 lots from the Gomez Trust. The larger 3 acre lot, Lot 52, initially intended by the Gomez group to be rezoned Multifamily, has been re-platted to 6 new lots, including one in the County DRA area, with the relocation of the back of lot 52, reconfiguring the county pond. These 6 lots are nearly ready for market, we would like a single development buyer or partner.
