They also drop off and pick up the laundry so it makes cleaning a streamline process.
Maintenance is a breeze. Since the property was 100% rehabbed there is no issues with anything. If you are to have a loose screw or a maintenance issue it is easy enough for our property manager to fix it if she notices an issue as she inspects the property throughout the week.
Reservations are done online through the webite access, as any questions or comments our property manager handles, she completes the reservations in our calendar and keeps in touch with all our guests!
