The site is located at the signalized intersection of Rt 83 and Pitkin Street. This will be part of a new development which already includes Starbucks, AT&T and People's United Bank. Phase 1 is complete and all tenants are open for business. Taco Bell is open and operating adjacent to the site as well. This site offers excellent visibility to the road and is located in Vernon's main retail corridor (Rt 83). Talcottville Road gets over 30,000 cars a day and is less than 1/2 a mile from I-84. Wendy's is now open and generating a lot of traffic. Also, we just signed a lease with Verizon, leaving 1,529 SF adjacent to them available. I attached a site plan and a picture of the Starbucks/AT&T building that is already built. We are building that exact building, which Verizon and the available 1,529 SF will be a part of.
