One block from the Academy Building on Aqueduct Street, Fortune 500 company Constellation Brands has recently announced it will relocate nearly 400 employees to the Aqueduct Building in an $80+ million renovation of the site. Construction is underway with the property projected for occupancy by the spring of 2024.
