Permits for all work were approved by the city. 2. All work for the first floor commercial unit has been completed. 3. Work for the three residential units on the second floor is almost complete. 4. The next milestone is to obtain occupancy permits for the three units on the second floor. Upcoming work to be completed: 1. PG&E is in the process of installing new gas service 2. All four structural concrete walls and footings have been completed through the third floor. The vertical side beams for the front moment frames have been installed. The four horizontal beams are on site. The basement horizontal beam is scheduled to be welded into place next week. 5. A new roof needs to be installed. 6. Structural Glulams (manufactured wood beams) are being installed for the fourth floor floor. 7. Units in the third and fourth floor have not yet been built out. 8. The basement floor must be installed.
