THE HISTORIC ANNISTON INN WEDDING VENUE AND EVENT CENTER The historic Anniston Inn was built in 1885 by Anniston founding fathers Samuel Noble and Alfred Tyler. The Anniston Inn was destroyed by fire on January 2nd 1923, all that survived was the four story 9,000+/- SQ F kitchen, workers quarters and dining hall. Local residents James and Patsy Cotton painstakingly restored it to its original grandeur. The inn was placed on the Nation Register of Historic Places in 1973. The Inns Queen Anne styled Grand Dining Hall seats more than 70 people. The Inns elegance and grandeur make it, a perfect wedding venue, and event center. The inn has hosted wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bridal teas, as an event center it has been a favored location for proms, graduation parties, business conferences, company parties and Christmas events.
