PROPERTY OVERVIEW
1300 Eye Street Re-Envisioned (www.franklinsqdc.com) Franklin Square underwent a transformative renovation that combines modern sophistication with a deep respect for its historical significance. The project is designed to both modernize the space and preserve its timeless elegance, creating a future-forward environment while maintaining its authentic charm. The renovations were completed in Spring 2020. The renovation includes a range of exciting updates and improvements. The entrance and lobby will both be fully renovated, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. An in-lobby café and coffee bar will provide a convenient and welcoming spot for tenants and visitors. Two large slab cuts will be made from the main lobby to the concourse level, one of which will feature a stairway that connects directly to the concourse’s amenity zone. The concourse will also be enhanced with several new features, including a brand-new ~10,000 square-foot conference facility and event space, as well as a ~5,000 square-foot fitness facility that will include dedicated studio space for yoga, spin, and other activities.
