Greg Ferraro, Executive Managing Director
Greg Ferraro’s primary responsibilities include consulting and advising clients in formulating and implementing real estate strategies in support of their operational objectives. Mr. Ferraro assists clients in handling transaction management through lease negotiations and acquisition/disposition services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally.

Greg has more than 8 years’ professional experience in business development as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to his clients. At JLL, he has assisted regional, national, and international companies such as La-Z-Boy, FLIR, Under Armour, and Nordstrom in their real estate strategy and transaction management throughout the Baltimore Metropolitan area and on a national scale. During that time he gained experience supporting various industries including Industrial, Finance & Accounting, and IT/Telecommunications.
