Contact our leasing representative about available shared space. Each of the individual office buildings has three floors. The building is 3,000 sf in total with approximately 1,000 s.f. per floor. Tenants can lease an entire building (3,000 s.f), two floors (2,000 s.f.), an entire floor (1,000 s.f.), or a partial floor. Our basic lease has a minimum three-year term. Lease rates vary depending on tenant's build-out requirements. Our staff leasing agent will work with you to get a specific proposal. The Fox Chapel Office Center tenants have restaurants that are a short walk from their door. You can grab lunch, entertain clients or meet a colleague for a drink after work. Not everyone can drive. Fox Chapel Office Center employees or their clientele have the option of public transportation with nearby stops for three routes: Route 1 - "Freeport Rd" - Downtown to Tarentum Route 91 - "Butler St" - Downtown to Ohara Twp. Route 75 "Ellsworth" - Crosstown South side to O'Hara Twp. The Post Office is right here. Though the USPS calls this branch 'Blawnox' it is actually in O'Hara Twp.
