Description
In 2000 this property was approved for an office building and associated parking. The site plan included 2 stormwater ponds. The sediment basins/ponds have been installed based on this plan approval. The riser/barrel structure of each pond was installed but the ponds were never completed. That plan approval has lapsed and any new development on this site will require new plans to be submitted and approved through City of Greensboro Water Resources Department TRC process. From an Erosion Control perspective, a grading permit was issued at this address on 2/14/2000 and the permit was closed on 11/10/2006. Some work was done but the project was never completed.
