Historic grounds is an amazing location. Before Covid, the lines were out the door and yelp reviews were fantastic! Many of the existing crew want to come back to work. This property is on main street, directly across from the water with amazing views. It is the only breakfast restaurant in town. It is the only coffee shop in town. I recently purchased the building with the intent to lease the coffee shop and restaurant out to an owner user. This location has a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, a full kitchen suitable for a steak and seafood restaurant and is outfitted as an amazing coffee shop and breakfast restaurant. I also purchased the building next-door and well be converting that space to an indoor outdoor patio for expanded use.
