Water: Source: Chester Metropolitan District 10” main 10” fire line to the building 2” domestic line to the building. Sewer: Source: Chester Sewer District 8” main 8” line to the building. Gas: Source: Chester County Natural Gas 4” line at 10 psi; Can be changed to meet user’s specifications. Heat: There is no heat in the manufacturing area. There are ceiling mounted steam heaters in the warehouse and support areas. There is 1 – 600 hp Whirlpower boilers fired by #6 fuel oil or natural gas. Air Conditioning: Duct work for 100% chiller and air wash system for processed use. 6 Baltimore Air Coil cooling towers remain yet chillers have been removed. Air Lines: Throughout with an external 13,000 gallon air accumulation tank. All compressors are to be removed. Lighting is being redone: ask for more info. Rail: L & C main rail line adjacent to the site, spur extension possible. Sprinkler: 100% wet system with a 300,000 gallon above ground storage tank with 150hp electric jockey pump and a Detroit Diesel backup. Pressure is maintained at 140 psi. There is a 10” fire loop that feeds 18-8” risers.
