Overall topography is rolling with elevations ranging from +/-710 feet at the northeast and southeast quadrants of the property to +/-765 feet at the southwest quadrant of the site. A majority of the site is cleared and sewn in grass pasture. Access is currently provided via a private gravel drive extending east from Lewisburg Pike. The property is bordered to the north and east by Stream Valley subdivision. Property is located +/-0.75 miles south of Goose Creek Bypass and roughly 1.75 miles southwest of the I-65/Goose Creek Bypass/Peytonsville Rd. interchange.
