Kyle Fisher, First Vice President
Kyle Fisher is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Jacksonville office. His focus is on advising industrial clients with lease negotiations, site selection, and land acquisitions in Northeast, FL. Before joining CBRE, Kyle worked for DHL Supply Chain as their Real Estate Development Manager covering the Southeast Markets.  Before entering commercial real estate, he played professional soccer for CF Montreal of Major League Soccer. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Clemson University and was also a men’s soccer team member.
David Archibald, Founder
Prior to joining Ivy, Mr. Archibald spent six years at Geometry Realty, Inc., a New York City based investment management firm, where he held positions in both acquisitions and asset management.  On behalf of Geometry, Mr. Archibald acquired and asset managed a diverse portfolio of assets ranging from suburban and CBD office buildings to apartment complexes and condominium developments.  From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Archibald was President of Geometry and was responsible for oversight of two discretionary investment funds, asset management of a portfolio of assets valued in excess of $250 million, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Archibald was a lending officer in the Commercial Real Estate Department of M&T Bank.  Mr. Archibald was selected by management to complete the bank’s Management Development and Credit Training Programs.  Mr. Archibald originated $250 million of commercial mortgages and managed a $300 million loan portfolio.

Mr. Archibald received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lafayette College and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
