We’re looking to work with an established restaurant partner to operate a permanent 800 sq foot kitchen within Oklawaha Brewing Company.
Our space already has steady traffic, a strong local following, and an audience that consistently asks for a real food program. The potential here is unquestionable, Oklawaha Brewing’s location is 2nd to none in Hendersonville. We’re located just steps from Main Street & the old courthouse where the city hosts numerous events throughout the year which draw thousands of hungry tourists and locals.
This would be a standalone kitchen operation with your branding, your menu control, and a clearly defined financial structure. We’re flexible on deal terms and are primarily interested in finding the right operator, not forcing a one-size-fits-all arrangement.
