REFER TO THE ATTACHED FLOOR PLAN - There are two units which will be separated by a firewall. Each unit will have its own HVAC system and electrical service. New ADA Compliant restrooms are being installed which may be shared by the two units.
Unit A is 2,196 SF and is finished with high end flooring, doors, ceiling treatment and features a spacious conference room with a painted, exposed beam ceiling. The space also has an open modular work space, a private executive office and two separate office spaces. There is a separate rear entrance to the space.
Unit B is 2,020 SF and is renovated white boxed open space with a newly installed HVAC system, separate electric panel, a separate rear entrance and its own restrooms or access to the new shared ADA Compliant restrooms. The space will have a new, separate main entrance and a large window area facing Gulf Blvd. This space may be built out by the tenant to its specifications.
The two spaces may be combined into a single tenant occupancy space of 4,216 SF. Unit A could be a sales or executive space with Unit B serving as an administrative or production space. This is one of the only large spaces available directly on Gulf Blvd.
