Renovated 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with tiled shower and wood floors. The kitchen was updated in 2016 with cherry cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. A dining area, living room and large laundry area complete the owner's quarters. The off-street, 16 space parking area for guests was newly paved in 2017. A gazebo offers an alternative from the covered porch for guest relaxation and sits among a manicured lawn and numerous perennial gardens.
