The logistics park is adjacent to Union Pacific's Southern Dallas Intermodal Terminal, a potential BNSF intermodal facility, four major highway connectors (I-20, I-45, I-35 and Future Loop 9) and Lancaster Airport. Lancaster-Hutchins Road is currently a forty-two-foot (42') wide undivided HMAC road section with two lanes and two shoulders. According to the City of Hutchins Master Thoroughfare Plan, Lancaster-Hutchins Road will be expanded to a four-lane undivided roadway as traffic warrants.
