W. Fayette St. is a 2-lane arterial that runs west to the nearby suburbs of Westvale, Fairmount and Camillus and east through the City of Syracuse where it deadends at Seely Rd. and the border with the Town of Dewitt. The building facade of the single-story buildings facing Fayette St. are quite unique as they project a “Residential” use of the Premises rather than a self storage facility (see attached Rendering/Elevation).
