DESCRIPTION

The site is generally wooded with native species and the driveway and existing development are interspersed among the tree cover. Restrictive Covenants: Approximately 14 acres of the property is subject to the deed restrictions found in Volume 5531, Page 1849 entitled the Bee Cave West Restrictions. In summary, the restrictions limit the use of the land to residential and limits the residential density to not more than one single family dwelling per acre. The development as proposed on the draft concept plan would require the modification of these restrictions.
