John Finn, Managing Director
Alongside his management duties over the past 10 years, John has spearheaded several expansion projects. The expansion projects have included multiple site acquisitions in the USA along with a long term lease of a 30,000 square foot warehouse/industrial facility in Taiwan. Most recently, John led the purchase of a 385,000 square foot facility with 62 acres of land in Littleton, Massachusetts.
John has successfully executed multiple long term leases with high credit tenants and has overseen the renovation and development of over 300,000 square feet of building space for multiple uses. Beyond construction, John has obtained special financing and tax incentives at the local and State level to support tenant expansion projects. His strengths include working with local development authorities, working with civil and structural engineers, and working with various trades and vendors in construction.
Prior to joining FIBA, John worked in investment banking for both Merrill Lynch in New York City and Covington Associates in Boston. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State.
