ABOUT WESTSIDE OUTLYING

Portland's outer western area is made up of the western fringes of Sherwood, Tualatin, Tigard, Aloha, Hillsboro and the city of Forest Grove. Development generally features sprawling subdivisions that transition into more rural acreage and farmland. Forest Grove is a college town acts as a commuter suburb for larger employment nodes to the east.
